defense.
Living quality takes work. Cause it’s so damn easy to do what everyone else does. Bitch rant, complain, talk hardcore junk, and blame blame blame, Just copy and paste and you’re on a well traveled road with a bajillion folks. Been there. Done that. Overdone. Wacksauce.
Living quality requires defenses. And drinking herbal tea is like having Wonder Woman cuffs. There’s something about a cup of herbal tea that let’s the body know that you are making an attempt to treat it well; similar to eating a salad. And you need as much armor as possible when attempting to live quality cause there will always be people that will come in and out of your life to test you and tell you you deserve less. That is soooo not this blog.
Drinking tea can be more than having an intimate Zen experience. You can have tea on ice, do FiveBucks StarBucks, throw a tea party, buy a pretty pot, or switch it up on the daily with green, lavender, mint, white tea, spearmint, mango. The choices are limitless. Think: road less traveled.

I am going to buy a beautiful teapot today! I like the idea of sending love signals to our bodies. I will do that more often…

I know what you’re referring to. My morning cup of tea helped me avoid the threat of a nervous breakdown for my first two years as a 9th grade English teacher. Shame on me, I cut down during summer vacation, but ,otherwise, the tea always centers me and forces me to align myself with stillness. In fact, a cup is calling for me just now. Thanks for reminding me of one of those simple pleasures that is always available to us – a vacation within a vacation for me.
Happy sipping.

Three cheers for tea. Funny how I used to drink tea when I was young, but it was all wrong – four tea spoons of sugar, licking the cup afterwards. Rediscovering tea as an adult has been therapeutic. People laugh now because many simply thing of tea as a winter remedy. They need to get with it. I’ll pass on the link. Thanks GT.

Sadie.
Ha! Your comment made me laugh out loud. Reminds me of mixing Koolaid and powdered Ice Tea. I definitely licked the cup for sugar. What kid didn’t?

I enjoy this blog, it has a very good and relaxing aura to it. Everything is so feng shui, I feel like I should be burning some insense, holding some energy crystals and doing yoga lol Great idea
