heavy.
Think about life. Work, your colleagues, family, kids, school, money, dreams, thoughts, your past, your future, men, mentors, women, brothers, sisters, parents, your home, your doubts, your frienamies. Now think of the bajillion thoughts, feelings and emotions that the aforementioned conjure up. Heavy, Heavy!
A journal ain’t just a book.
Journaling is one of two things that GT uses to clear out all the bullspit. I get to tell the truth, come clean, get real, express gratitude, visualize my intentions, tell the truth some more, cry, forgive, release some toxins, make sense out of life and learn invaluable life lessons all in name of the power of the written word.
If once a month works then that’s what will have to do. No hate here…but I will say this. True story. One of my gurlfriends writes her journal entry’s in a most raggedy composition book from the 99 cent store. Yes. The Nine Nine Cent Store. Love her to death; but damn.
Get yourself a most worthy journal. Your most intimate thoughts deserve better. Ya think?

I write in my journal when ever I get the urge to.

I haven’t used a paper journal in some time. However, I do have an electronic one that I love.

Hey Simone.
Online journals are great; but I’m gonna have to go traditional on you. I think nothing can compare to the healing power of the hand written word. The medium of the a computer screen just doesn’t cut it for me.
