LOL. It is coldest in July/August and through the winter it can drop into the 30's. I usually wear a coat or jacket throughout the year. That's my big vice. Other than that, I love veggies, fruit and usually use a salad plate in order to control my portions. I also live in a city where I walk alot just like NYC, so that helps big time. San Francisco is hills, hills and more hills. LOL I’d eat icecream everyday. That’s my big vice.
