camera memoirs.

Today’s elephant in the room: The Photo Album.

Go ahead and admit that not having your snapshots organized has always been on your “not done” list. And its embarrassing. We put off, hem and haw, and say we’ll do it tomorrow. Before you know it your they’re piled high in GLAD trash bags, under your bed, in the back of your closet, in your laundry hamper, or in your kitchen drawers marinating in dust bunnies.

Get it Togetha.

Yes. You loathe your overweight self, memories of your ex-boyfriend and you wish you didn’t have your Aunt’s cankles. You didn’t know that all your high school and college friends would change, and you damn sure didn’t think you’d be where you are right now working at a thankless job. And sometimes archiving those photographs make those truths a reality; which really bites. But we all know that avoiding life is bad for your health.

So what’s the reward you may ask? The reward for archiving is coming clean and prettying it up. No more hidden dirt in the cracks and crevices of your life. When you can accept where you’ve been in your life no one can use it against you. So get some coffee/herbal tea/, some Kleenex, have the prettiest photo album armed by your side and go to work.

Q&A. On a scale from 1-10, how do you rate yourself in photographs?

For the record…On a good day a seven/eight on a bad day a four. I’m one of those people who can’t take on chameleon like tendencies when taking a pic.

First off, stop reading my mail!!!!! LOL!

As for your Q&A, I’m hit or miss. I have to throw out so many before I get to one I like and when I like it, I’m a conceited jerk and give myself a 10. LOL.
