dre

He’s different.

So different that if he didn’t have a baby by Erykah he would have been written off as that suspect ass rapper with the pank sweater.  But GT has always wanted to do a post on Dre. Not only because he’s superfine and sexy (to moi) but because he’s been able to remain authentic as hell in a see of mass manufactured white tees, baseball caps, ridic gold chains, prison pants baggy jeans, and all other forms of logo hoe walking billboard clown rapper gear. It takes confidence to pull away from the pack; and confidence is what really makes a man a man.

Style aside; he’s no slouch on the microphone and makes the duo of OutKast really stand out above the rest when it comes to that “je ne sais quoi” sorely lacking in today’s musical scene.

Now I’ll be the first to say that Dre can’t act to save his life. In fact. He bombs. Did you see “IdleWild”?

GT…You hit this icon on the nail. I love Dre. His swagger, his style and those lips! My girlfriend thinks he’s “suspect” but sometimes chicks can’t think outside the box.

Sometimes his dress is a little over the top for me; but it works from him cause you don’t expect anything less from him than “different.”

Love Andre and have since Southernplayalistic. He’s a creative force an excellent MC (NOT A RAPPER) and has his own style muse. Love my fellow Gemini. We can be a bit out there, but in the best way. ;)

Idlewild was a visual feast and that’s about all I’ll say on that. LOL

I like Andre, but yeah, not the most acting rapper out there. Hee hee.

Dre is a pleasure to behold because he does what artist are expected to do – take chances and risks that many of us are afraid to take. He reminds us that stepping off the ledge does have to mean falling to one’s death. As far as the acting piece goes, hopefully he’ll encounter that director who will know exactly how to channel said skill and dexterity he possesses on the mic. (Even the funkiest fish get caught out of water).

uh oh, a boo boo… stepping off the ledge doesn’t (I meant to say) have to mean falling to one’s end; at worse you’ll fall on your end.
End of quote – thanks again.

Love 3-stacks. LOVE HIM. I stan for anyone willing to say “screw the pack, I’m doing me.”

Dayum. Nice touch of truth to refresh my day.

Errr…I dunno about having a better director…Dre is just kinda flat on the silver screen…

GT – I am TOO TRUE to my sign @ times. LOL. I’m a million different people in one package. It can drive others insane. ;)

Didn’t want to judge Gemini’s but my sister is one and she’s ten faces wrapped in one. She’s fun loving; but erractic as hell…love her to death tho…

LOL…I have alot of Virgo in me, so I’m also an order and process facist. I can be very unyielding when it comes to chaos and lack of order. Go figure. I’m complicated. LMAO!
