I'll get there, though! I've been thinking about what this means for us, and the infinite possibilities it brings, and it is just AWESOME. Even though Mr. President and others say that this wasn't about race, in some ways it was. Our people have truly come a long way to be able to call a Black man our Commander in Chief. I just hope that the millions of Black people who voted for him will maintain that momentum enough to change the direction of their lives so that we can become the best that we've ever been. I'm too thrilled. I can't wipe the smug look off of my face. I'm hitting up Union Square after work to stock up on my Obama memorabilia!
