Dec
your two days.
It’s been a great week here at Get Togetha. I did plenty of linking this week so no link love this Friday; Just some comfy pillows from Dwell Studio for good measure. Target has done it once again; connecting with underground indie designers and giving them a commercial access to the masses. And GT loves it. Whomever calls someone a sell out has never been given an offer. Have a great; get those gifts out and start sending your Holiday wishes sooner than later.
And don’t forget to drop me an e-mail if you want a collector’s edition Holiday Card from yours truly.

Get Togetha, I need your help! I work in a small office in the Art department at a university. Next week we are having a gift game, White Elephant. Everyone brings a gift (nice gift, 20-dollar limit) and then we draw numbers and pick gifts according to numbers. People who draw the later numbers can steal someone else’s gift for themselves.
Anyhoo, I don’t know what to get! I need something nice, around $20, suitable for men and women, and STYLISH/HIP/FUN (I work in the Art department. Anything less would be uncivilized). What do you think?

The mere sight of a comfortable pillow can make me wanna nap. Those pillows are so sweet and inviting, they make me want to nap and snack on them together. (not at the exact same time, of course, but you know). Is it possible to persuade Dwell Studio to produce an edible pillow collection? I realize how potentially messy that proposal can be, but the novelty of it can be a hit, no? Maybe not. Nonetheless, they remain scrumptious.
Thanks GT

I got a pack of Dewll Studio cards when I was in Target a month or so ago. I too think it’s so cool that Target does these limited edition collabos with artists/designers.

Wonderful. I feel like my cup runneth over with all these great gift ideas. I have to sit down and make a list this weekend.
