window shopping: curiosity shoppe.
I do have to admit that I have a strange affection for owls (and their hoooos) because of the old wives tale of them being loaded with wisdom. And I lubs wisdom. Maybe it’s because I’ve always been somewhat of an old soul myself. Dunno. But I saw these lovely paperweight birdies and my eyes connected with Mr. Owl. These were found over at the Curiosity Shoppe; a mega cute e-commerce site for unique home wares and playthings and such. A paperweight doesn’t cure the world of cancer; but design and stylish living is all in the details no? If I saw one of these birdies on someone’s office desk it would be an automatic CRUSH.

I love owls as well. They have always fascinated me. I’m not big on paper weights, but I’d lift the ban for the cutie on the left.
