the big reveal.
No it’s not free…but I’m so excited to launch “Blog Your Passion” in a first of a series of many e-books to come from Get Togetha. Why “Blog Your Passion”? Because even though there’s ton’s of free information on blogging there’s still tons of mystery on how to make blogging work for you. So I bring what many of you have been asking GT for: valuable and timeless information on how to squeeze the most out of your blog ambition. BYP is essentially tried and true blog lessons, answered FAQ’s, revealed common and not so common mistakes, and links and truths that most successful bloggers aren’t willing to share. Blog Your Passion doesn’t sell you fairy dust on how to quit your day job or how to work from home in your pajamas but it shortens the journey and saves time for the writer/blogger who wants to better understand the ins and outs of successful “stick to it” blogging. If you want regurgitated talking points then conduct a Google search and read link after link after link of conventionally outdated wisdom: start free blog in five nano seconds, slap picture up, assault a celebrity/get bored/feel ignored/become unmotivated, copy, paste and plagiarize other people’s ideas/news streams…rinse, wash, repeat.
Same ole. Same ole.
The good…no great…thing is that you won’t have to worry about GT trying to shove this book down your throat after today but I guarantee that this book will cover every little question you’ve ever had about making money online, and writing from your heart’s gut. Will BYP solve all your worries or make your significant other act right? No. But this e-book will be available for those of you who are interested in a quick, informative and unconventionally timeless read on the road to better blogging. The good news: The unintentional fact that I’m the first African American woman to publish an e-book on the blogger lifestyle. The bad but still good: That I won’t be blogging this week but instead doing a week of promoting Blog Your Passion and its good word. Get Togetha will return to its regularly scheduled decor & lifestyle programming on Monday, November 23rd. Wish me luck and spread the word.
