gut reaction: parisian boudoir.

gagnere-interior-decorating-ideas-ED0410-main2

Because you need a distraction away from the shock jock and his minion who clearly doesn’t own a mirror I bring you textured loveliness from Paris with love. My gut reaction: this home feels used and live in. Friends have been here. Memories have been created and you can tell that this apartment’s decor was no rush job because the texture of it says it all. The pieces that fill this apartment can’t be found in a casual day after Saturday brunch at the flea market. It comes from being in the right place at the right time over time…So could you live here?

Oh.most.definitely! This place provides enough earthiness as I require in my home. I’m absolutely loving that bedroom.

I really need to break out some paint and do something with my own room!

You are trying to make me pick up a paint brush this weekend. As for the shock Jock & the minion, what did I miss?

these patterns are not my favorite…so I probably wouldn’t live in these places…although i think i could spend a a few months in the 1st one. it has an artistic appeal that is not my style, but i wouldn’t mind soaking in for a season or two.

You seem to pick rooms that are just for ME! I love all these rooms! The white ceramic vase in the first pic definitely brings to mind Africa and the rest of the rooms with their beautiful global accents are so fabulous. All that last room needs is for that huge wall hanging to be on an orange wall :-)
