Now granted. Buying into green does seem like some kinda gimmicky snob hyperbole. After all…is bottled water really better than city soda tap? Will a genetically modified conventionally grown apple be the death of you? Does it really make a difference that your chicken gets to run free on the home range before it faces it’s inevitable slaughter?

GT shamefully has a friend whos’s described their work space as a cross between Ripley’s Believe it or Not and a Root Canal. I won’t name any names; but in spite of the work getting done; they’re a hot sizzling and painful mess.
